Compare plans
Messages and photos count in every chat. Messages you send while acting for a business count against the business’s plan.
Prices and VAT
- Prices are in US dollars. Pay monthly, or yearly at 10 times the monthly price (2 months free).
- Prices for crew and individuals include any VAT.
- Crew agency and Owner / Management prices are plus VAT where it applies, added at checkout. A business with a valid EU VAT number pays none (the reverse charge applies).
- Monthly limits reset each calendar month; the image space counts every image you keep.
Verification for owners, management companies and crew agencies
- Verification comes with Pro and Max at no extra cost. It’s what lets you see crew names and photos and contact them.
- Owners and management companies need at least one vessel; a website is optional. Verification is automatic when your website and email domain clearly check out; otherwise our team reviews your details by hand, usually within 1–2 days.
- On Free you can publish up to 5 jobs, marked Unverified. Crew see a summary and can tap Interested.
- Crew never see which plan you’re on, only whether you’re verified.
When a plan ends, and coming back
- Moving to Free deletes nothing. Over Free’s image space, new uploads stop and shared album links pause until you make room or upgrade.
- If a payment fails, you have 14 days to fix it before the account moves to Free.
- Extra staff are paused, not removed, and all your messages stay readable.
- Upgrade again whenever you need more, and everything comes back straight away.
Payments
- A secure payment provider will take payments and handle VAT and invoices. We never see or store your card details.
- Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
