Place crew faster.
Search by dates, certificates and right to work, book for your partner owners and management companies, and hire through one pipeline.
Nautilance is free during our launch. The plans and prices shown are what will apply once payments start.
Find the right crew for the dates
Search by role, country, dates and parts of the day, issuing body, certificates, languages and right to work.
- Verified crew first, with their references and work history.
- See crew announcing their availability.
- Shortlists of crew, per staff member too.
- Crew alerts: hear when new crew who match a saved search join (on Max).
Book for your owners and management companies
Link up with the owners and management companies you work with. Post jobs and make bookings for them, on their vessels, while the partnership is active.
- The owner or management company sees your bookings and can change them too; each of you is told of the other’s changes.
- A partner chat between your agency and each owner or management company.
- Replace a crew member who drops out, from either side.
- Your jobs show crew the vessel, the owner or management company, and your agency.
One hiring pipeline
Applicants and crew you add, by stage: shortlist, offer, hired. Accepting an offer books the days.
- Offers with dates; the posting closes when filled and the others are told.
- Send a job to your favourite crew.
- Postings run 90 days, with a reminder a week before, and repost in one tap.
- Staff seats: 2 on Free, 5 on Pro, 25 on Max.
- Your logo as the business’s avatar, and each staff member’s own photo for their colleagues.
No website? No problem.
Many crew agencies don’t have one. A verified owner or management company accepting you as a partner counts instead.
Pro free during our launch
Every plan is free while we launch, with no card: start on Pro and switch whenever you like (Max once you’re verified). We’ll email you at least 3 months before the launch ends; then choose your plan, or carry on for free.
