About Nautilance
Nautilance is staffing and scheduling software for the yachting industry, built for how a yachting season really runs.
Yachting moves fast. Guests arrive whether the crew is complete or not, a deckhand drops out the day before a charter, freelancers do daywork and relief for several boats in a month, and many crew follow the seasons from the Med to the Caribbean and back.
Most of it still happens in group chats, phone calls, crew houses and spreadsheets. Nautilance brings it into one app: which vessel needs whom, who is free when, who is booked where, who to call when someone drops out, and a record of who worked where that the bookings themselves keep accurate.
We sell software subscriptions. Nautilance is not a recruitment agency or a job board: no money passes between users, and jobs are an included feature, never sold as advertising.
