Crew profile
Bio, languages, where you can work, work rights, sea service days, skills and cruising areas, certificates with copies, and documents with expiry dates.
Roles
By department (deck, engineering, interior, galley, watersports and more): the roles you can do, with your time in each, and the roles you’re looking for. Businesses find you by them.
Seasons
Where you usually work each year, the Med in summer or the Caribbean in winter. You appear in searches for that country in those months, and hear about jobs that match.
Job search and alerts
Search by role, contract type, country and start date, with the vessel on every job; save searches, and get new jobs by email daily or weekly.
Availability calendar
Booked and unavailable days by part of the day, in month, week and day views. You choose which businesses can see it.
Booking requests
Each request names the vessel. Approve all days, up to the first clash, or only free days, or decline with a reason. Requests with a deadline remind you before they expire.
Auto-approve
Let trusted businesses book your free days without asking, on weekdays, weekends or any day, with limits.
Work record
Every confirmed booking month by month, with nothing to fill in: days, parts of the day and who booked you. Add a rate or tick it paid if you like.
References
Ask owners, management companies and crew agencies you worked for to confirm it, by email, link or QR code.
Gallery albums
Albums of your photos and videos, shared by link and password. Viewers need no account, and can download everything.
Calendar feed
Your bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, with a reminder before each.
For owners, management companies and crew agencies
Vessels
Owners and management companies keep their vessels: type, length, flag, home port, cruising area, guests and crew. Every job and booking is for one of them.
Team pool
Your short list of approved crew. See who is free at once, ask them with one notification each, and book a yes in one tap.
Roster
Everyone booked with you this week, live for the business and its staff, with days that need crew at the top.
Urgent cover
Short-notice work alerts every matching available crew member. The first to accept is booked.
Replace crew member
Pick the days a crew member can’t make, see who is free, and assign at once or offer it to several.
Job postings
The vessel, pay and terms, dates and the certificates needed, with how many available crew match and a QR code per job.
Candidates and offers
Applicants by stage, shortlists and offers with dates. Accepting an offer books the crew member.
Crew search
By role, country, dates and parts of the day, issuing body, certificates, languages and right to work.
Staff and chat handlers
Staff act for the business under their own name. Each crew chat has one handler, and the business login sees them all.
Partners
Crew agencies post and book for their partner owners and management companies, with a shared partner chat.
Crew alerts
Save a crew search and hear when new crew who match join.
For everyone
Messages
Live chat with push notifications: a chat per booking, a general chat with each business, friends and staff chats.
Photo and avatar for each role
The round avatar next to your name in chats, search results and on your profile. Drag and zoom your photo to frame it, or show your initials in colors you pick. One for friends; your Crew role and each business you work for can share it or have their own, and businesses use their logo.
Nautilance Support
A chat with our team at the top of Messages: ask a question or tell us about a problem, and we answer in the app. Ideas and praise go on the Feedback page.
Charters
A group chat and shared gallery for each charter or season. People join by link or QR code.
Evening briefing
At about 6 pm, tomorrow’s bookings or roster, with the vessel, as a notification.
Email code or password
Log in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or a password if you set one. Codes always work, and you stay logged in until you log out, even after months at sea.
Logged-in sessions
Every device you’re logged in on, and log out any of them, or all, at once.
Your data
Download a copy of everything your account keeps, or delete your account yourself. Past chats and bookings stay for the other people in them.
Report Abuse
Anyone can report abusive material with its web address or a screenshot. We keep it for review even if it’s deleted, and can take it offline at once.
Installs like an app
