A profile that proves itself
Your experience, backed by the businesses you worked for. Verified crew come first in businesses’ searches.
- The roles you can do, with your time in each, and the roles you’re looking for, by department.
- Certificates from STCW, MCA, RYA, IYT, USCG and other issuing bodies, with copies you choose to show.
- Documents with expiry dates (ENG1 or other seafarer medical, passport, seaman’s book) and reminders before they run out.
- Sea service days, skills, cruising areas, a work history built from real bookings, references and a printable CV.
- Your own photo and round avatar for each role: one for friends, and one businesses see only once they may know who you are. Or your initials in colors you choose.
Your contact details stay yours
Businesses reach you through Nautilance. Your QR code connects you with people without giving out your email.
- Live chat, with a chat for every booking and a general chat with each business.
- Friends and crewmates, and jobs shared between them.
- A gallery of your photos and videos, shared by link and password.
- Charters: a group chat and shared gallery for each charter or season, with your crew or the guests.
Already working for an owner or management company?
If they send you their team link, join with it. In their role your messages count against the business, so you can stay on Free for good.
Pro free during our launch
Every plan is free while we launch. You start on Pro, with no card, and can move to Free whenever you like, or to Max once you’re verified. We’ll email you at least 3 months before the launch ends; then stay on your plan by paying, or carry on for free.
