Yacht owners, management companies and captains hiring for the boat keep their vessels in Nautilance. Crew see the yacht before they apply or accept.

Run your own crew, on any plan
Share your team link or QR code with your crew and freelancers. They join your team pool, and you see their calendars, chat with them and send them booking requests.
- Pick days and parts of the day to see who in your pool is free.
- Ask “Can you work Tue, morning?” with one notification each, and watch the answers arrive live.
- Send a booking request to a yes in one tap, with an answer-by time if it’s urgent.

Pro free during our launch
Every plan is free while we launch, with no card: start on Pro and switch whenever you like (Max once you’re verified). Add at least one vessel, and we check your business: if your website and email domain clearly check out, you’re verified straight away; otherwise our team reviews it, usually within 1–2 days, and without a website you can ask for that review at once. We’ll email you at least 3 months before the launch ends; then choose your plan, or carry on for free.
